Graphics settings for 1.0

As update 1.0 for World of Tanks was realeased just a couple of days ago, with new graphics engine, HD maps and music, Wargaming released video guide on how to set graphics settings, in order to have good FPS in-game and be able to enjoy the brand new atmosphere of game at the same time, even if one’s PC is weak.
